CASTLE INN, CHESTERFIELD,

TO BE SOLD BY PRIVATE CONTRACT,

ALL that Valuable FREEHOLD ESTATE, with the Appurtenances, late part of the CASTLE INN, in Chesterfield, consisting of a DWELLING HOUSE, containing a good Low Kitchen, one Cellar, an extensive Kitchen, two good Chambers, a Closet, two Attics, and one other Closet.
Also all that spacious and elegant ASSEMBLY- ROOM, with a good Card Room, and six excellent Chambers over, and four good Rooms under, lately used as Coffee and Dining Rooms; a large Stable adjoining, which contains six slandings, with a good room over commonly used as a Cock-Pit: also a very large Stable, containing twelve slandings, with a room over : together with five other Stables capable of holding twenty two Horses, with Chamber over.

Possession of the Estate may be had by the purchaser, at the end of three months after the sale, and if desirable, part of the purchase money may remain on security.
